Hi, I'm Chris Rafols.

I started on the technical side, with a background in information technology. My first marketing work was for real estate. As a Creative Marketing Associate with Keller Williams franchise offices in Delaware and Maryland, I designed listing graphics, flyers and social content, maintained websites and sent email campaigns. I also supported loan officers with their marketing at Patriot Pacific Financial.

That work kept running into the same wall. A good-looking site doesn't help if nobody finds it, and leads that do come in go cold when nobody follows up. So I moved into building the sites myself, then into technical SEO, then into the automation and paid traffic around them. For clients like GrowWise Agency and 153 Yachting, I became the person who built the site, set up the analytics and handled the SEO, so nothing got lost between three different vendors.

Most recently I was at Resmark Systems, which serves tour and activity operators. I started as SEO Manager running 10+ client accounts, including national campaigns for tour operator partners, and was promoted into an internal SEO role leading strategy for Resmark's own brands. Today I work directly with clients.
